App not working properly / Which app should I use?Updated 2 months ago
For your watch to function as intended, it must be paired with the correct companion app. Using the wrong app may prevent features from working or stop the watch from syncing altogether.
Make sure you have installed and connected the app designed for your specific model, as shown below:
- Models B20, S50, C60: ArgomTech app
- All other models: ArgomTech Select app
Both apps are available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. If the QR code in your manual does not work, search for the app by name in the store. After installation, follow the pairing/setup instructions for your model.
