Physical damage including cracked screens, shattered glass, casing damage, deep scratches, or impact marks is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, and does not extend to accidental damage, improper handling, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications will void the warranty.

If you believe the damage may be the result of a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team with photos and a detailed description of the incident. If the claim does not qualify for warranty coverage, we can provide a replacement at the applicable out-of-warranty cost, subject to availability.
