A forced factory reset may be required if the screen becomes unresponsive or the watch cannot be operated through the normal reset steps. Simply follow these steps to restore the watch to its original settings and set it up again as new.

1. Charge the watch for at least 2–3 hours.

2. Locate the crown button on the right side (two buttons: use the upper; three buttons: use the middle).

3. Press and hold the crown button for more than 10 seconds to force a restart, keeping it held until the Argom logo appears.

4. If the logo does not appear, try again by holding the same button for another 10 seconds.
