If notifications appear on the screen but you do not hear a sound or feel a vibration, the alert settings may be configured for silent delivery.
Follow these steps to adjust the sound and vibration modes so notifications are received with the desired level of alert.
1. On the watch, open Settings > Sound & Vibration; or in the app, go to Device > Sound & Vibration.
2. Select your preferred alert mode: Sound, Vibration, Sound & Vibration, or None.
3. If only vibration is enabled and you want sound, choose “Sound & Vibration.”
