Watch auto-restarts repeatedlyUpdated 2 months ago

f the watch restarts on its own again and again, it is often caused by a stuck or malfunctioning side crown button. When this happens, the button may continuously trigger forced resets, preventing normal operation.

 

Follow the steps below to check the button and restore stable performance.

1. Check the button’s physical condition: press it gently to verify whether it feels loose, misaligned, unresponsive, or fails to click properly.

2. If the button appears defective, check your warranty. If valid, contact Customer Service for a replacement; if not, we can provide a repair or replacement option at cost.

3. If the button feels normal, perform a forced factory reset and then re-pair your watch with the ArgomTech Select App.

4. After reconnecting, open the app’s Firmware Upgrade section to check for available updates. Keep firmware up to date for performance and stability improvements.

5. Monitor the device after updating to confirm the issue is resolved.
