Watch constantly shows “Device Detached” during sensor readingsUpdated 2 months ago

This message typically appears when the sensors are not maintaining proper contact with your skin. It may occur if the watch is worn too loosely, if the sensor area is obstructed, or if the watch shifts during movement.

 

Ensuring a snug and consistent fit usually resolves the concern and allows accurate measurements. Follow these steps to ensure a proper fit:

1. Wear the watch snugly — not too loose or too tight — with the sensor area resting flat on clean, dry skin.

2. If the message persists, perform a Factory Reset (Settings > Factory Reset).

3. Unbind the watch in the ArgomTech Select App (Device > Unbind).

4. Forget the watch in your phone’s BT settings.

5. Uninstall & reinstall the ArgomTech Select App, then re-pair the watch following the on-screen instructions in the app.

6. Try sensor readings again.

 

If the issue continues after completing all steps above, please contact our Customer Service team to coordinate a return for inspection or a replacement, depending on warranty status.
