Watch Does Not Turn OnUpdated 2 months ago

If your watch does not power on, it may have a fully drained battery, improper charging contact, an unstable power source, or a temporary system freeze. Always use the original charger included with your model, as third-party chargers may not provide the correct voltage or alignment required for proper operation.

Follow the steps below to help restore power and verify that the watch is functioning correctly.

Connect and align the charger correctly:

  • Wireless: clean/dry the back of the watch; place it face-up, centered on the pad; keep metal/magnetic objects away; the charging icon should appear within 1–2 seconds.
  • Magnetic: clean/dry pins and contacts; let the magnets snap into place; the charging icon should appear within 1–2 seconds.

If no charging icon appears:

  • Reposition or flip the charger for proper alignment.
  • Ensure the charging area is clean and free of debris.
  • Keep the watch on the charger for 2–3 hours to recover from a deep discharge.

Verify Power Source & Turn On the Watch

  • Try a different USB port, wall adapter, or power outlet to ensure stable power.
  • Avoid fast chargers rated above 5V/2A; use an adapter that matches the watch’s required charging current.
  • After charging for a while, press and hold the Power button for 5–10 seconds until the screen lights up.

If the watch still does not respond after completing the previous steps, perform a forced factory reset to attempt recovery.

  1. Charge the watch for at least 2–3 hours (regardless of the charging functionality)
  2. Locate the crown button on the right side. If the model has two buttons, use the upper one; if three, use the middle one. 
  3. Press and hold the crown button for more than 10 seconds to force a restart, keeping it pressed until the Argom logo appears. 
  4. If the logo does not appear, try again by holding the same button for another 10 seconds. 

After completing these steps, check the display to confirm that the watch has successfully rebooted. If the watch remains unresponsive, it may require further evaluation. Please contact our Customer Service team for additional support.
