Watch is not ChargingUpdated 2 months ago
If your watch does not respond or fails to charge, it is usually related to the charger, power source, or charging contacts. Always use the original charger included with your model, as third-party chargers may not provide proper voltage or alignment.
Review the steps below to confirm correct setup and restore charging functionality.
Wireless chargers:
1. Ensure the back of the watch is clean and dry.
2. Place the watch face-up on the wireless charging pad, centered on the charging surface. Proper alignment is crucial for electromagnetic induction to transfer power.
3. Do not place metal or magnetic objects between the watch and charger.
4. Within 1–2 seconds, the charging icon should appear on the watch screen, confirming charging has started.
Magnetic chargers:
1. Make sure the metal charging pins on the charger and the contacts on the back of the watch are clean and dry.
2. Align the pins with the contacts and let the magnets snap the charger into place for a secure connection.
3. Within 1–2 seconds, the charging icon should appear to confirm charging has started.
If the charging icon does not appear:
1. Reposition the charger or flip it to the opposite side to ensure proper alignment.
2. Once connected, leave the watch on the charger for approximately 2–3 hours for a full charge.
3. Make sure the charging area is clean and free of debris for optimal performance.
Power source & adapter tips:
- Try a different USB port or power adapter to rule out insufficient or unstable power supply.
- Avoid fast chargers rated above 5V/2A. Use an adapter that matches the watch’s required charging current.
If these steps do not resolve it, the charger may need replacement. Please contact our Customer Service team to check your warranty status. If still under warranty, the replacement is provided at our expense; otherwise, it will be provided at cost (the correct charger depends on your watch model).
