If the screen shows broken lines, distorted pixels, or remains completely black, it may indicate either a temporary system malfunction or physical damage to the display.
Begin by attempting a forced factory reset to rule out a software-related cause before considering repair or replacement options.
Forced factory reset:
1. Charge the watch for at least 2–3 hours.
2. Locate the crown button on the right side. If the model has two buttons, use the upper one; if three, use the middle one.
3. Press and hold the crown button for more than 10 seconds to force a restart, keeping it pressed until the Argom logo appears.
4. If the logo does not appear, try again by holding the same button for another 10 seconds.
After completing these steps, check the display. If broken lines or pixelation remain, the watch may require further evaluation. Please contact our Customer Service team for next steps.
