Touch screen not responding (watch unresponsive/frozen), but display is OKUpdated 2 months ago

If the display turns on but does not react to touch, the watch may be temporarily frozen or experiencing a system interruption. In most cases, this can be resolved with a simple reset or by clearing any temporary software conflicts.

Follow the steps below in order to restore normal functionality.

1. Charge the watch for at least 2–3 hours.

2. Locate the crown button on the right side of the watch. If your model has two buttons, use the upper one. If it has three buttons, use the middle one.

3. Press and hold the crown button for more than 10 seconds to force a restart. Keep holding until the Argom logo appears.

4. If the logo does not appear, repeat the previous step (hold the side button again for over 10 seconds).

Once the restart is complete, unbind & re-pair the watch:

1. Open the ArgomTech Select App, go to the Device tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Unbind Watch.

2. On your phone, open BT settings and Forget/Remove the watch model.

3. On the watch, go to Settings > Factory Reset and complete the reset (you’ll see the Argom logo at completion).

4. Uninstall the ArgomTech Select App from your phone and reinstall it from the app store.

5. Open the app, go to Device > Add Device, and follow the on-screen steps to re-pair the watch.

6. When prompted, confirm the pairing on the watch screen.
